Prayer Request

Many of you know that my sweet husband has been working some looooong hours this past month. He is working at least 11 hour days (many days are longer), every Saturday, and almost every Sunday. Today he went in at 5:00 AM. It is now 9:45 PM, and he is hoping to leave soon. His work schedule is going to remain like this until late October.

If you would, please pray for his health, strength, and his energy as he works such long hours. Please pray for my stamina and patience with being a "single" parent right now. Please, please pray for our sweet boys. They are really missing their daddy, and they are struggling with understanding why he is gone so much.

We will have the great opportunity to go to the beach for a week with my parents in two weeks. Luckily, this was on the boss's calendar before the deluge at work began. Please pray that our vacation week is a time of rest and restoration for each of us, and please pray that we would make the most of every precious minute together.

My not so wee little "nephew" Ben has at last come into the world! He was born last week on the 20th by C-section and weighed in at a wopping 9lbs 11oz! He is beautiful and perfect, and Watoosa was finally allowed to return home yesterday. She is recuperating, but she could use a few prayers for some speedy wellness.
