This past Saturday, we celebrated E's 2nd birthday!! I, for one, can not believe that he is already that old. It was a fun time with grandparents and a few of E's special friends.
This was one of E's (and C's) favorite gifts. It can count as a birthday picture and a mom tip! Fill an under the bed bin with rice and various beans, add some construction trucks, and you have hours of entertainment!
The present opening went on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on...
The boys take a break for some much needed hydration.

It was so much fun to have people gather together to celebrate E. He is such a joy! He smiles and laughs all the time. He has a song in his heart and loves, loves, loves to sing (Frère Jacques is his favorite song). He is such an encourager and has the sweetest manners. His heroes are his daddy and his big brother. If C can do it, then E thinks that he can too. He adds such a light to our family, and we are so blessed that God chose to share this most precious gift with us.
We love you E!!! Happy birthday, big boy!

I love it when C explains to E that he has to wait and then when it's time to blow the candle out. Sweet video!
